I love taking photos. At all times I carry a little point and shoot Lumix in my bag. If I'm going out for the day I always remember to take my Olympus PEN with me. I can take about 200 photos on one of our Sunday adventures. I know I'm not the best of photographers but I just love taking them. I'm a hoarder of photos, of memories. I try to capture those happy faces, those thoughtful moments and those small snippets of life that I want to keep close to me always. It's never just the pictures themselves but the memories surrounding them. So this photo of a peacock becomes a memory of walking in the Spring sunshine with Matt's family, sitting around a big table to eat and lots of laughter and chatter. I think that's why I'll always continue lugging two cameras around with me and shoving them in my unsuspecting friend's faces. I am Amy and I am a hoarder of memories....
